PLEASE NOTE: To create your custom trucker hat, you must add ALL items to your cart:

Choose your favorite “DTF Print ONLY” option from the product listing. We’re always adding new designs, so check back often!

STEP 2: PICK A HAT

Choose the trucker hat style and color you love. From classic neutrals, glitter, and camo to bright colors and fun combinations, make it yours!

STEP 3: ADD A HAT CHAIN ✨

Finish it off with a little extra personality! Add one of our decorative hat chains, choose a charm option, or keep your hat chain-free—the choice is yours.

We will apply your selected DTF print to your trucker hat before shipping. Your order will arrive as a finished, ready-to-wear custom hat—no pressing or assembly needed!

Each ACME Hat Bar creation is made to order based on the combination you select. Because every hat is customized just for you, print placement and finished appearance may vary slightly.
